What does everyone think of the blog template/layout? If anyone wants to design something cooler, play with the color scheme, etc, please do.
Also, are there any other websites/blogs we should link to in a sidebar?

Alumni News
This blog looks awesome already. I am going to search for pictures to include, but if you guys have any suggestions, let me know. I have some photos of the Revocation show in Chicago that we could put up to start with. Also some photos from a New York performance by Canadian indie pop group Stars, let me know if there is any interest.
On to the biz-nass:
1) Chester French will be opening for British band The Delays tomorrow night (10/23) at the Bowery Ballroom in NYC. I will be going and will attempt to get an interview, so if people have questions they want asked, let me know! :)
2) One of our 07 graduates has incorporated his own record label. I will be interviewing him as well; he lives here, too.
3) A friend from home has this music-related business venture that I'm sure he would love to talk about. I will try to get some info on that. Okay he's not really alumni, but you get the idea. Let me know if there are other topics people want to see. In particular, I am thinking of writing an essay about music in movies and the way that soundtracks function in particular movies, specifically Garden State and Run Lola Run. That's it for now, guys, but this is an amazing team of people, even though I've only met one of you. Can't wait to see what you come up with!
